I would like to send my thanks for the Snelling Team in Tampa. Earlier this year, I assumed the role of ordering temps for my company. From my personal experience working with Snelling it all comes down to who you have in your office. It takes a special kind of person to do staffing you have to be able to go with your gut feelings. Most people either have that ability or they don’t.
You listen to my staffing needs and you honestly try to keep them in mind when you send me candidates. I don’t ever feel as if you are just sending me people just to try to get another one on your books.
There is also a genuine rapport which is critical when you are trusting a staffing agency to pre-screen and only send you who they feel will really fit into our unique environment.
Constant communication and persistence on your end makes it much easier on my end and anything that’s easier for me I like.
